THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE:

Schedule:

This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, between 8 AM and 5 PM, with flexibility within these hours.

Day-to-Day:

As our Forklift Field Service Manager, you'll play a critical role in our operations. You'll schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, ensuring prompt response and high-quality repairs. Your leadership will drive our team to excel, providing training and support to technicians in the field. Managing invoicing and ensuring exceptional customer service will be key aspects of your day-to-day responsibilities. Hard Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a forklift mechanic

1 year of experience in field service

Good people skills and a customer-comes-first attitude

Strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Factory training

Experience working in an industrial or plant environment as a mechanic OR formal automotive training (trade school or ASE)

Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Candidates must successfully pass a background check, and we also conduct pre-employment drug testing. Please note that any job offer extended will be contingent upon the results of both background and drug testing.
