Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator provides support for the US Sales Team. Manages the quote request process,
facilitates the processing of orders, and assists with daily inquiries of the US Sales
Representatives. Communicates with the Sales Team and ensure their customer needs are met. Other
duties and special products may be assigned.
Education and Experience:
Experience using Smartsheet preferred
High School degree or equivalent (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Provides support for the external GK Gymnastics US Sales Team
Collaborates with the Design Team, Finance, Operations, and US Sales Team to manage quote
request process for customers
Works with the US Sales Team to prepare orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Partners with the Operations Team to communicate customer needs
Evaluates and advise on questions from the production floor management team to determine best
course of action for customers
Keeps US Sales Team informed with key information needed to provide excellent support for
customers
Assists with US Sales Meeting preparations and event preparations when needed
Works together with all levels of management to ensure customer needs are met
Other duties as assigned

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Excellent customer centric focus, sense of urgency and dependability required
Computer proficiency required including Microsoft products: (Excel, Outlook, Word and
PowerPoint)
Must have advanced communication skills
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
(consultative sales approach)
Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team
environment
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable attendance is critical to this position
Ability to communicate (read, write, speak) in English
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
Ability to use various technology: Zoom, Slack, phone, computer systems, 10-key, etc.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to sit, move interdepartmentally and throughout warehouse, and lift objects
of 15 lbs. (Marginal function: 20 lbs.)
Visual acuity: able to read charts, graphs, computer monitor, forms
Work Environment:
General office environment with standard office equipment
Exposure to varying office temperatures and distractions
