Description

Recruiting Sellers and managing Seller relationship by championing their needs at Amazon

Coach sellers on improving the delivery experience for the customers

Facilitate onboarding of sellers onto different levers and programs and encourage sellers to add more selection

Monitor sellers' performance closely to understand the gaps if there are any and help the seller to improve the visibility of the shipping to the customers

We Are Looking For a Bright And Motivated Individual To Build Their Career With Our Existing Seller/Customer Management Team. To Join Our Team You Have To

Work autonomously and deal with ambiguity

Identify root causes of customer/carrier problems and drive resolution instantly

Be flexible and adaptable to learn new processes

Able to work independently with minimal support

Know how to work with MS Office tools like Excel, Word and be able to fetch data using existing SQL Queries

Key job responsibilities

Be able to speak native like German Language

Inclined to work in a calling role

Be able to convince the prospect in their mother tongue i.e. German

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Hyderabad, TS, IND

Basic Qualifications

B2.2/C1/C2 Certification in German Language and Bachelor degree and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience (preferable in Sales/account management)

Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications

Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.

Interest in e-Commerce/Online business.

Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required.

Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel

Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

B2.2/C1/C2 Certification in German Language and Bachelor degree and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience(preferably Sales/account management)
