This role is required to: Drive overall governance of the Tools Deployment function by Technical Project management and Coordination leading Project and Functional discussions with Client/HCL internal IT Executives, IT SMEs, and End Users during (as appropriate): o Solution Defense & Business Case Presentationso Tool Capability and Enhancement Demoso Due Diligence, Planning & Designo Own and Govern Security Review & System Testing in conjunction with Technical Architects.o UAT and Deploymento Post Deployment Hyper-Care Value Realization & ROI discussions Program Manage and Take end to end accountability for all End User Technology products that gets deployed within the account Coordinate validation of Bill of Materials, Oversee procurement process and vendor PO generation for the solution design and technical architecture for End User Technology tools Document the infrastructure, techno-commercial requirements, and availability to share across all teams Create project plans, WBS and Resource Onboarding for new projects. Document any associated risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies in deployment Validate the overall timelines, key outcomes, and critical success factors Governance of the projects from initiation activities, milestones, dependencies, effort mapping, pre-requisite, deployment plan and RAID log until completion Governing and driving the overall deployment (integration, governance, resources, deployment checklist validation) Create Tool specific templates including SOW including (Project Definition, Scope, Business benefits, assumptions, dependencies, Infra requirements, Procurement & Implementation timelines, Commercials, and resources requirements, etc.) An organized, self-starter and go-getter, collaborate with all stakeholders for project planning and execution and participate in new project transitions Meet project deliverables, timelines, and cost. Work closely with the Product Management teams, in solution definition, proposal / SOW review, solution walkthrough, etc. Develop and update artifacts for Security Compliance review processes and compliance Adjust the solution/Plans and documentation activities according to customer. Formalized User Acceptance Testing sessions including remediation to technical design if required Continue to review the ongoing deployment progress and ensure the compliance to program timelines Ensure the successful handover to operations / steady team post deployment hyper-care period Create custom dashboard, reports, and presentations for executive reviews Coordinate resolution of technical escalations associated with deployed products under scope of the team and work closely with Architects and SMES Continue to enhance own learnings and skills to handle additional / new tools in the scope Mentor, train, and coach new resource(s) in the team on ongoing basisQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Must have excellent communication (written and conversation skills in English language) 9+ Years of proven experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management Minimum of 2 years in EUC Tools transformation projects Must have following degrees / certificationso Bachelor s degree (in Computer Science, Engineering or any equivalent)o Project Management Trainings and certifications like Agile Scrum Master, PMP / Prince2, CAPM etc. Additional desirable experience / certifications are:o Handling Complex END USER TECHNOLOGY Tools transformation projects o Experience in delivery management& deployment of solutions, o Managing Operations / Service Delivery for END USER TECHNOLOGY accountso ITIL v3 or AbovePREFERRED SKILLS IT Infrastructure Project/Program Management EUC Tools transformation projects management
