Role :

Supervision of site works at Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Qualifications :

B.E. Civil Engineer (or) Diploma in Civil Engineering (Minimum of Three years experience).

Requirements :

Two - Wheeler and Driving License.

Must be fluent in Tamil

Salary :

Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 35,000 per month

Responsibilities :

Reporting to Project Manager at Construction Site Progress and Issues.

Checking Reinforcement and shuttering as per consultant drawing to give clearance.

Request for Information (RFI) for Material approval/ work activities to Client.

Preparing and Maintaining Logs for Incoming Material Submittal, Method statement.

Carry over taking the BBS Schedule for Reinforcement.

Monitor and Maintain Quality as per Standard methods.

Make over the Quantity Surveying as per Tender Quotation Estimate.

Submit Monthly BOQ and Billing Report for Client and Subcontractors.

To ensure concrete quality as per design mix.

Manage the Sub Contractors without any kind of backlogs.

Measurements properly and also Manage the clients for their proposal.

To monitor and managing the labour workmanship at site.

To ensure HSE standards are maintained and managed on site at all times.

To prepare a planning schedule considering with a daily, weekly and monthly target.
