Travel Executive - Holidays Department

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Executive at Trust Travel and Tours Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai. Responsibilities:

1) Knowledge of using B2B Portals for Hotels, Trains, Car Bookings.

2) Knowledge of travel itinerary / travel route based on Client requirements.

3) Co-ordination and negotiation with the hotels for the best rates.

4) Dealing with Local Vendors for B2B rates.

5) Contacting Global DMC and using online engines to workout tour packages at optimum cost.

6) Good knowledge of suggesting Cruise itinerary along with land package.

7) Should be able to assist on International Train Travel wherever possible.

8) Booking Online and Offline Hotel Bookings.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

1) Handling calls, emails and assisting the Clients regarding their requirements.

2) Good Knowledge of MS Office.

3) Dedicated and committed to the job with a positive attitude towards clients and work.

4) Relevant experience in the travel industry.

5) Good knowledge of selling International packages.

6) Good communication skills and a background in selling Tour packages.

7) Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.

8) Should have a pleasant personality, hardworking, reliable and must possess aptitude to learn.

HSC / Graduate
