Interior site Supervisor

As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of interior design projects from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, and liaising with project managers, designers, and clients to achieve project goals. You will be the on-site representative responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the interior design project align with the specified plans and meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

On-Site Management: Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient utilization of resources.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

Schedule Management: Coordinate project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Subcontractor Coordination: Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling their work, ensuring adherence to contracts, and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise.

Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, offering creative solutions while maintaining project integrity.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, site photos, and any change orders or deviations from the original plan.

Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project expenses and expenditures to ensure they remain within budgetary constraints.

Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the final outcome.
