ECCU currently offers its courses on an E-Learning platform (Canvas) and therefore is 100% online.

About the position:

The Enrollment Advisor position at EC-Council University offers a rewarding career in the highly growing field of Cyber security education. The Enrollment Advisor is the first line of support and guidance for students entering EC-Council University, and therefore represents the best of the University. The Enrollment Advisor has a direct and significant ability to impact and influence the lives of aspiring students, their families, and the communities in which they live. The Enrollment Advisor is a key member or EC-Council Universityâs student-centered support model that begins with attracting, enrolling, and setting the stage for the success of our students.

Job Responsibilities:

· Act as first point of contact for prospective students considering enrolling at EC-Council University

· Engage prospective students via telephone, email, click to chat and text messaging about their future with the goal of enrollment into EC-Council University

· Demonstrate sensitivity and ability to effectively relate to and work with prospective students from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

· Conduct conversations with prospective students to assess needs, showcase the benefits of an EC-Council University education, and facilitate enrollment into the University.

· Mentor students from the application process through enrollment

· Demonstrate a high level of product/program knowledge thereby meeting specific student recruitment goals.

· Manage and update computerized prospective student database, application paperwork, and follow-up documentation.

· Maintain accurate knowledge of the Universityâs programs, student services, and area colleges.

· Create relationships that lead to growth opportunities through engaging local high schools, businesses, and other members of the communities we serve.

· Work effectively with co-workers as part of the student services team to ensure each studentâs experience with the University is professional, service-focused, and productive.

· Support and contribute to EC-Council âs commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

· Bachelorâs degree or equivalent

· Minimum 5-10 yearsâ experience in Student Recruiting, Admissions & Enrollment advising, or related field.

· At least 4-5 years of consultative sales or customer service guiding individuals from thinking to doing using superior interpersonal skills and ethical approach. Experience working with clients/customers representing multiple stages of life and diverse backgrounds/experiences.

· Proven ability to achieve goals, influence others, and meet deadlines.

Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.
