Responsibilities:

Induction & Orientation

Preparing and updating the induction deck.

Conducting induction/ orientation and briefing to new employee.

Onboarding

Initiating a request with the IT department for email ID and laptop. Collecting joining documents (including company documents and statutory forms), updating the personnel file, bank account opening, biometric set up for attendance, creating employee code.

Attendance Management

Maintaining employee leave and, medical records. Collating timesheets and keeping track of employees' attendance / absenteeism and report to his / her Manager (as per Y.O.D.A. process and terms).

Payroll Management

Preparing Payroll input and coordinating with the payroll agency. Attending to payroll related queries raised by agency or employee.

Issuing pay slips and salary certificates, as and when requested.

Employee Engagement

Planning events / activities to engage employees. Celebration of festivals, birthdays etc.

Arranging regular town halls and cross-cultural programs.

Support in rolling out key CIMB Group HR initiatives and play a role as key interface between CIMB Group HR and business.

Ensuring CIMB Group culture and values is embedded in all initiatives and engagement activities.

Grievance Management

Handling employees' issues, defining an escalation matrix and ensuring timely resolution of grievances

Performance Management, R&R & Training and development

Initiating reviews - 3 monthly, midterm and annual. Rolling out of self-assessment forms, arranging and participating in review meetings, collating the ratings, rolling out increment / promotion letters, getting employees to accept the letters, resolving issues if any (as per HR process and terms).

Performing competency gap analysis under the guidance of the HR Manager and publishing the training calendar, arranging Trainers, organizing trainings, collating feedback, conducting follow up sessions.

Managing the R&R program - monthly / quarterly / annually.

Policy implementation and compliance

Educating employees about the company policies and ensuring they follow the same without any deviation.

Ensuring subsidiary policy implementation aligns with CIMB Group policies.

Exit Management and Attrition control

Assisting the HR Manager in retaining employees who resign, gathering feedback by regularly connecting with employees and taking necessary action to prevent further attrition.

Managing the employee suggestions and issues by regularly connecting with employees. Developing a healthy employee-friendly culture.

Ensuring seamless separation process between the company and the employee. Deactivating access rights (email id, biometric access etc), collection of company property, FNF settlement and issuance of experience letter.

Reporting

Publishing reports at regular intervals on employee attrition, employee issues, headcount etc.

Providing regular updates and data to CIMB Group Human Resource and other Group oversight departments as needed.

HRMS Management

Creating an employee account at the time of joining, uploading data, managing issues during employee tenure and deactivating the account at the time of exit (as per Y.O.D.A. process and terms)

Office Administration

Procuring office supplies, managing vendors and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification of Master's Degree in HR or relevant experience

Possess between 2 to 5 years' experience in Human Resources

Familiar with the local Labour Laws & Statutory

Excellent written and oral Communication skills

Team player

Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment

Attention to detail

Adherence to deadlines

Process driven with the ability to solve problems and think laterally

Positive & pro-active attitude towards work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable to manage a small manpower.

Salary range of INR 5 - 7 LPA
