AR Caller

1. Should have overall experience of 2 to 4 years with minimum experience of 1 year with Athena processes and systems.

2. Should possess good knowledge of Athena systems especially ETM workflow, Athena One, CPS, Legacy systems, PCS etc. – We can consider Candidates with exp on any other tool as well. Don't restrict yourself

3. Good analytical skills required.

4. Good communication skills

5. Should be flexible to learn / explore new opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Primary responsibility of a Sr. Associate would be achieving daily KRA's assigned to him / her not limited to following –

1. Production – Review of claims to liquidate and resolve outstanding AR or denials.

2. Quality – Complete production with minimal deviation or

3. TOS – Need to adhere to shift schedule, productive time on system
