Urgent hiring for the position of Digital Marketing Manager for a leading Real Estate Company in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

The roles and responsibilities include:

Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company's business goals.

Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies aligned with company's business goals.

Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across various digital channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.

Develop engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms.

Manage content creation, publication, and distribution across different channels to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Drive social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement .

Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements .

Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and rankings.

Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and implement SEO best practices.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) to drive targeted traffic and groups .

Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Utilize analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance.

Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, and use data to make informed decisions.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Collaborate with external partners and agencies when necessary.

Utilize various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising, to generate high-quality leads.

Exp: 7 years+

CTC: Upto 10 LPA
