Job Description:

As a Sales Lead at Agua's Kochi office, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective leadership and strategic initiatives. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and establishing Agua as the premier water delivery service in the region. Proficiency in both Malayalam and English is required for effective communication with customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the Kochi market.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to optimize sales processes and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology or service industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Malayalam and English.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Knowledge of the Kochi market and customer preferences is a plus.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Compensation:

Competitive salary package up to 7.2 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum), commensurate with experience and qualifications.
