Responsibilities:
• Manage Client calls / Ticket Monitoring System / Field engineer coordination
• Working towards customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer queries / E-Mails and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of internal team interaction & customer interactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to help the customer to achieve satisfaction
Requirements

• 0 – 1+ Years of experience in Service Desk
• Diploma / Degree in any stream
• Willing to work in rotational shift
• 6 Days Work Week
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong skills in telephonic & Email etiquette
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of scenario's
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
