A seasoned property development and investment company, enhancing urban spaces locally with a focus on sustainable development is looking for a seasoned financial professional to join their team

The ideal candidate will conduct financial analyses across utilities, collections, and billings to enhance revenue, requiring practical system and operational solutions. Reporting to the Head of Operations & CEO, responsibilities include managing a portfolio of tenants, preparing financial forecasts, developing budget strategies, and implementing policies. The role demands emotional maturity and influential capabilities. Tasks also involve preparing financial statements, overseeing audits, facilitating payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and liaising with trustees and directors on complex financial matters.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Accounting or a related field

CIMA, CA(SA) will be advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role

Minimum of 4 years in property management, specifically in sectional title management.
