About the Role

As an entry-level production technician, you will be responsible for the effective day to day execution of various labor and machine operation assignments. This is a laborer position, focused on preparing the employee for operating haul trucks and other heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely perform general labor duties.

• Ability to learn operation of heavy equipment.

• Must be able to safely operate a variety of hand tools

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Physical Demands of the Role

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, including walking up and down stairs, across uneven surfaces.

• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work at heights.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures for long periods of time.

• Ability to kneel, crawl, stoop, and squat, occasionally in confined spaces.
