Business Support Associate – Data Integrity
Job Summary
Revenue Operations Process Optimization team is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to input, maintain, and correct account and contact data in the Salesforce CRM.
The Business Support Associate – Data Integrity will process requests from stakeholders across all regions and functional areas, including Sales, Legal, and Customer Success, to create, correct, and update account and contact data and ensure the data is compliant with stated policy and governance. This position may also participate in specific efforts to bring legacy data in compliance with current policy.
Responsibilities
Data Entry and Correction
Process incoming data requests by creating and updating account and contact data in CRM according to defined policy and governance
Review and update existing data with proper attributions based per business rules on an ongoing basis
Data Analysis
Assesses the integrity of account and contact data in CRM on external data sources (such as DNB), customer requirements, and internal requirements across the legal and sales planning functions, and identifies corrections needed to Equinix’s SFDC account data
Works closely with Sales and Legal teams to drive agreement on the needed changes
Participate in user acceptance testing of data integrity enhancements across systems, including SFDC, Siebel, UCM, and Oracle
Assist with ongoing support issues related to account and contact data
Provides input for improving data quality and data management processes
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher
SFDC experience a plus
Ability to learn and adapt to change quickly
Reliable and consistently follows through on tasks
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Facility with web-based applications and tools
Proficient with MS Office tools: Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint
Willingness to work outside of local time zone
