Paragon Residential Management seeks an experienced maintenance professional to join our team at one of our newest communities, DeLaets Landing, located in Rensselaer, NY.

Job Description

- Carpentry as well as all aspects of repairs and maintenance

- Plumbing, electrical, and common area interior / exterior painting

- Repair work including kitchen appliances, bathroom showers / sinks / toilets, wall damage, and various doors and cabinets

- HVAC system knowledge / repairs

- Painting / Turnovers

- Interfacing with vendors and obtaining bids as requested by the property manager

- Emergency phone duty

Job Qualifications

• The experienced professional we seek will have two or more years related experience

• A positive attitude and possess good communication skills

• Ability to use a smartphone

• Organized and flexible with the ability to work independently

• General maintenance and basic tool knowledge

• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation

• Drug and background check required

Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Additional hours may be required during evenings and weekends particularly in the winter months due to snow removal. Emergency phone duty required. Reliable transportation required. Equal Opportunity EmployerCompany Description
