L. S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc. (LSC), is a full service Employment and Contracting Compliance/Business Development firm headquartered in Washington, DC. We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

Directing and researching where applicable the HR company functions including coordinating and supporting the varied recruitment processes

Onboarding newcomers to the company

Recommending suitable salaries and remuneration

Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements

Developing adequate induction and training

Supporting employee opportunities for professional development

Managing succession planning of staff

Assisting with the performance management and review process

Assisting with the development and maintenance of personnel policies and procedures

Serving as a resource to assist employees with issues relating to personnel management, employee benefits, and professional development

Researching, recommending and assisting with employee benefits i. e. varied Insurance, pension plans, etc.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required

A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:

Staff are currently working remotely due to COVID-19. A hybrid schedule of two days per week in the office will begin in November.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Washington, DC 20011: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

Human Resources: 5-7 years (Required)

Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Professional Certification in Human Resources (Preferred)
