Job Description

Requirements:

- Tech Savvy

- Familiar with Android OS operation

- Attention to detail

- Work unsupervised

- Experience on installing vehicle radios DIYs is a plus

- Familiar with vehicle system and functions is a plus

- Basic understanding circuitry is a plus

Duty:

- Answer customer request both phone and email in detail

- Solve customers questions including troubleshooting
