Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team! We manage Homeowners Associations and Condominiums. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for the communities we manage.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Financial Packages
Check the accuracy of transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Process owner calls to assist with Ledger questions
Meet with Boards to answer Financial questions
Review Accounting with Property Managers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
