Our Lead Licensed electricians start as a Level 1, then progress up to a level 4. Each level has requirements and training to prepare you for the next step. Once level 4 is attained, we offer a Regional or Division Manager opportunity with profit sharing. We currently have 2 Regional Managers and KES is looking to groom more as we grow. The opportunities we offer here are truly endless. With locations in Lynn, Weymouth and Woburn, ideal applicants will be anywhere in-between.

Job Duties:

All aspects of electrical wiring - mainly residential

Oversee apprentices

Manage job sites, oversee project

Effective and personable communication with customers

Maintaining cleanliness of job-site

Maintaining organization of work truck

Job Requirements:

Massachusetts Electrical Journeyman license required

Residential Electrical experience required

Good understanding of current NEC Code

Drive to grow within the company

Willingness to learn and improve

Team player

Motivational attitude

Compensation:

Compensation is competitive; based on experience

Over-Time Pay (time and a half pay)

Bonus Opportunities

Pay: $68,640.00 to $83,500.00 and beyond!
