UX Designer

Job Description

1.) Experience with mobile, web, and desktop design.

-The candidate should be a mobile-first designer, and they should also be android-first. The United States is the only country that is iOS-first, and since our client is the largest transnational beverage and brewing company, this person needs to have heavy android experience.

-If they have strong mobile experience, they should be familiar with react native.

-The team currently has a web-focused designer, and this Lead will be overseeing his work. The Lead should have strong experience with utilities within web design.

2.) Experience with supporting multiple iterative design solutions for one product (being able to articulate how a product has changed, improved, impacted users over time).

-This person should be able to demonstrate in their portfolio and in their previous experience how they improved an idea, concept, product, etc. based on user input.

-They should be able to show some sort of process by which they've taken in user input, data input, etc. and designed a solution for it.

-This person should have experience helping define, request, and incorporate relevant and recent UX research and data from customers to appropriately inform design decisions.

3.) Strong experience with user research.

-This person should currently have a strong process in place for gathering feedback from users.

-This person should also be able to demonstrate in their portfolio and in their previous experience their ability to do prototype testing and wire-framing.
