Help Desk Specialist, Intermediate

Overview:

Spathe is currently searching for a Help Desk Specialist, Intermediate to join our team in the Fayetteville, NC area.

Spathe Systems is a rapidly growing SOF led, 8(a) defense contractor headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Fayetteville, NC and strategic partner locations in Virginia Beach and Coronado. Responsibilities:

Provide support in responding to system user requests for assistance.

Provide support to monitor, install and perform maintenance on personal computers, laptop computers, software, and networks.

Provide support for on-the-spot diagnostic evaluations, implementation of correcttions, and training users in proper operation of systems and programs.

Serve as the frist point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, all types of computer system problems.

Provide a high degree of customer service and adhere to all service management principles.

Qualifications:

4-7 years of experience

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

A+ or Network +, and Security +

Clearance Required:

TS/SCI
