Position Summary

Purpose of the job:

- Main purpose of the job is looking over the Mobile B2B Division function to explore all B2B members’ activities and business progress including channels, forecast and B2B Partners in order to increase Samsung Mobile products into the corporate & Government potential entities.

- Implement B2B strategic approach and skills for creating new Business developments and monitoring the business opportunities/prjects to increase Samsung B2B products in the market.

- Exapnding the Mobile & Tablet B2B Channels and Partners in Jordan, Iraq & Lebanon.

- Managing Samsung software solutions (KNOX, Samsung Pay and Education Solutions), define the market for the mentioned solutions, make a proper launching and increase the awareness.

Role and Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

Ensure to implement the B2B strategy as per the guide lines of HQ and RHQ and to be aligned with them.

Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.

Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.

Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence throughout LEVANT.

Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programs & plans.

Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales managers and sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.

Monitoring the B2B business & achieving quarterly sell-In, Sell-Out targets & goals, maximize strong partnership to drive partners towards Samsung’s strategic goals & plans, ensure market share growth among the competitors.

Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins.

Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission plan.

Personally observe the performance of sales representatives in the field on a regular basis.

Provide high standards of ongoing training for the partners so they possess sufficient sales and technical.

Manage budgets & marketing campaigns.

Manage Partners- Samsung relationship to maximize sell out with healthy & profitable sales.

Initialize B2B teams inside the Partners to approach all corporate potential entities across Levant & segmenting B2B levels to vertically penetrate potential industries.

Introduce new B2B solutions to achieve incremental business.

Other Responsibilities:

1. [Sales management] Manage the mid- and long-term sales strategy setting.

2. [Account management] Manage the mid and long term relationship with accounts and set the cooperation strategy that is aimed at benefiting both parties.

3. [Marketing sensing] Analyze the region's competitors and market trends and report on it regularly.

4. [Demand projection] Project the region's demand to ensure that there is not setback to supply.

5. [Business opportunity development] Develop new accounts and business opportunities.

Typically requires at least 10 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree; and a master's degree is a plus.
