Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced CSR Manager to drive end-to-end program execution and delivery of SkillsBuild in Egypt. The CSR Manager will partner closely with IBM Corporate Responsibility Regional leaders and be responsible for effective and outcome driven SkillsBuild implementations, and other CSR programs, with our strategic partner organizations. The Project Manager owns the full lifecycle of program execution.

Execute on the full project lifecycle with strong project management skills, including the creation and monitoring of work-plans, drafting, and managing communications, managing against milestones, managing prioritization, appropriately informing, defining scope, goals, and delivery processes.

Conduct learning and gap analysis, collecting data from key partner stakeholders, to determine and understand learner demographics, needs and desired outcomes.

Develop a detailed project plan factoring strategic stakeholders in the country.

Develop program implementation plans with milestones and contingency plans as needed.

Partner with SkillsBuild subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that the designed learning experiences align with the desired outcomes.

Act as a change agent and trusted business advisor on effective and leading-edge learning and development strategies to achieve business goals.

Establish the right communications vehicles and project management tools to ensure real-time and close connection to business leaders, program priorities, and changes.

Recommend and implement delivery and project management process improvements to manage escalations, increase efficiency, and move learning delivery to the next level.

Evaluate program goals and objectives. Analyze data to develop, implement, and monitor process improvements to increase efficiency, and constantly moves learning to the next level.

Maintain awareness of internal process and practices that have significant impact on various programs.

Project Manager will oversee local Digital Success Manager (DSM) who provide direct support to strategic SkillsBuild partners during the integration of SkillsBuild into their employability and inclusion programs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Minimum 5 years experience in strategy/managing and/or digital transformation roles.

Experience with digital (online) learning platforms and digital credentials

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Strategic thinking & program management expertise.

Project management and project delivery experience.

Managing relationships and engagement with stakeholders in government, academia, and non-profit organizations.

Strong work ethic with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed.

Intense curiosity to learn and willingness to be coached.

Experience in CSR or NGO a plus, especially with a focus on workforce development.

Experience in working with Academia and government organisations.

Drive, self-motivation, and robust organizational skills are important as the role involves working from home (or the office when needed) as part of a large virtual team.

Project management credentials such as PMI will be an added advantage

Project Management: Self organized with a keen ability to identify problems and

develop solutions to complex challenges; be able to manage multiple

workstreams and priorities at once, be able to synthesize and distil information

from multiple inputs to develop a strong strategy & plan; must be willing to take

on strategic challenges and deliver solutions.

Learning: A sound knowledge of instructional design, program development, analytics, learning technology and learning principles.

General understanding of the educational and workforce skills landscape: including non-profit enterprises, government agencies (especially those focused on employment and upskilling).

Relationship with partner organizations: Strong professionalism and stakeholder management skills. Can easily adapt to different environments and cultures. Customer / partner relationship skills.
