Duties and Responsibilities * Anticipate Executive's needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing issues.
* Independently develop presentations for Executive members to deliver.
* Conduct research, develop content, and create effective presentations.
* Handle confidential information pertaining to company operations, performance, or value.
* Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations for the Executive members.
* Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents as necessary.
* Research and analyze administrative projects; prepare first draft reports on administrative matters.
* Process payment of invoices.
* Provide follow up to assignments given to management staff by the Executive members; provide status reports to the Executive members.
* Receive and screen communications to the Executive members including telephone calls, mail and e-mail messages, and using independent judgment determine those requiring priority attention; prioritize, channel, and facilitate communication from department heads.
* Independently respond to letters and general correspondence of a routine nature; * Make travel arrangements for the Executive members; maintain appointment schedules and calendars for the Executive members; arrange meetings and conferences.
* Attend meetings and take minutes, as directed by the Executive members.
* Assist legal department with long and short-term projects as required.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Proper English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
* Knowledge of business correspondence formatting.
* Basic mathematical computations, accounting, and record-keeping skills.
* Knowledge of basic budgeting theories and principles.
* Time management skills.
* Proficiency in computer applications related to the work, including MS Office.
* Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures, including the use of standard office equipment.
* Ability to perform technical, specialized, complex, and difficult office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment.
* Minimum of five years of executive secretarial experience of increasing variety and/or complexity.
