Sr. Technical Consultant, Microsoft Solutions

Description

As a Sr. Technical Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

Provide technical, consultative and delivery services to customers of CDI in the areas of Microsoft Services

Provide technical support maintenance on all team related projects

Utilize a variety of tools, techniques and procedures to resolve problems.

Assist and support team members in executing Microsoft related projects on time.

Implement best practices and procedures for providing technical consultancy services

Obtain and maintain certifications in your focused discipline; CDI will provide and pay for the necessary training programs and examination fees to enable you to achieve this certification

Provide internal training and knowledge transfer to other CDI technical consultants, and staff, as requested or necessary.

Provide daily accounting for your time and billing purposes, via the CDI portal tool

On non-billable days, assist with practice development activities, train in the CDI Demo Lab and assist in PS Sales activities, as requested and necessary.
