Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking general sales agents and potential managers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers and potentially overseeing a sales team.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, need to be self-motivated

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Train and mentor sales team members

- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for improvement

**Additional Requirements:**

- General knowledge and understanding of products

- Proficient in general computer systems

- Experience with CRM software a plus

- Experience in sales, HR, customer service or hospitality is preferred
