Job Description

Manage and Direct plant operations for production, shipping and receiving.

Coordinate plant activities by planning with departmental supervisors, to ensure all manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Implement cost effective systems, operating expenditures, manpower, wages and salaries.

Establish and monitor overall plan performance for production and quality standards.

Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.

Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness amount plant personnel.

Provides direction, development and leadership to production supervisors.

Schedule and run department supervisor meetings.

Maintain high level quality management system; ISO 9001:2005.

Ensures safety programs are strictly followed.

Qualifications / Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5+ years of manufacturing experience.

2 years of management experience in manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
