Salary: $60,000-$70,000

REPORTS TO: Director, Data Management

POSITION SUMMARY

The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) has an immediate opening for a Data Coordinator with a strong analytics background. Reporting to the Director, Data Management, the position’s primary focus area is supporting the ongoing and growing need to manage data at NDIA and affiliates to produce opportunities to further grow the organization’s business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analysis and import of third-party registration data.

• Provide data integrity assurance, proactively process modifications, and data quality improvement efforts.

• Respond to inquiries on the telephone and in person by visitors. Resolve complaints within the scope of information and authority.

• support web content creators with needed updates to webpages on NDIA websites.

• Set up meeting rooms – provide technical support, food and beverage, and occasional recording/note keeping during meetings.

• Other data management projects as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL REQUIRED

• Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience working with AMS systems like NetForum/Personify, CMS platforms like SiteCore/WP/Drupal and MS SharePoint is required.

• detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multi-tasking as well as possessing excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues with limited direction.

• Non-profit experience a plus.

This position is primarily sedentary in the Arlington, Virginia office with occasional overnight travel and may require some bending and lifting.
