Main responsibilities:
Daily execute the process of reconciliation, analysis, and correction of differences, in all types of Credit card movements.
Carry out the accounting record of the adjustments made daily, and keep control of accounting account balances to ensure their reasonableness.
Carry out the payment process and registration of compensation with third parties daily, both income and exit.
Execute the tasks that are deployed in the card issuance and shipping process.
Attend and solve CS cases at the second level, maintaining the SLAs of the area
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and improvement, and drive initiatives to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers, fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships.
Stay up to date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices, ensuring the company's operations align with legal and regulatory frameworks.
What we are looking for:
Experience:
Over 3 years of experience in operations within the banking or fintech industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of operational and accounting processes and requirements.
Proven expertise in one of these areas, but overall knowledge in most of them:
Payment operations, including settlement, (purchase, returns & reversals), middle office functions, and transaction reconciliations, and desirable, dispute process knowledge, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Credit card processes, encompassing payment methods, settlements, and acquisitions, and the ability to effectively navigate related operational challenges.
Familiarity with transactional processes, including knowledge of various payment methods and settlement procedures, ensuring smooth and secure financial transactions.
Familiarity with Accounting Logic and Accounting register
Proficiency in building, managing, and administering databases.
Ability to analyze large datasets and identify patterns and anomalies
