As part of our product offering, our Business Intelligence team works with organizations to solve strategic and operating problems related to network design, commercial strategy, and operational strategy to name a few. Because at heart, we are implementers, we provide practical and implementable solutions to our clients.

Who You Are

You are a highly creative and innovative thinker with a proven ability to solve abstract problems and develop strategic, yet practical solutions. You have a strong ability to analyze complex data and to synthesize and present the information in a way that builds consensus with key stakeholders. You have experience presenting to senior-level clients and have demonstrated experience in leading strategic assessments, strategic business cases and developing organizational growth strategies. You thrive in team environments that allow you to excel in a leadership position, develop others and support the breadth of work we provide our clients as well as our work hard / play hard culture found within Carpedia.

In addition, you will meet the following requirements:

Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a project management and / or consulting role;

Expertise in Network Optimization, Go-to-Market Strategy Development, Organizational Structure Design, Supply Chain Planning, and Pro-Forma Modeling;

Minimum Bachelor’s degree required (business education preferred).

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex business ideas across all levels in an organization.

Strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in leadership/coaching.

Advanced analytical and solutioning skills with a high attention to detail.

Superior MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Working/intermediate proficiency in PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.

Ability to travel a minimum of 75% of the time as defined by project requirements. All employees are required to have a valid driver’s license, and a valid Canadian, American, or Mexican passport and be eligible to qualify for a TN work visa under NAFTA;
