An opportunity for an HVAC Estimator to join a tight-knit, growing organization in the lower mainland!

Your new Role:

As an estimator, you will look for interesting public tenders and develop private opportunities where possible. You will participate in site visits and information sessions to ensure the progress of work is on time and provide reports to clients as needed. You will gather and review project plans and specifications and establish a precise scope of work specific to each project. You will maintain good relationships with suppliers, customers, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders and stay on the lookout for fluctuations in the market to be competitive and win contracts.

What you’ll need to Succeed:

To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in refrigeration/HVAC or related fields. You will need to be confident using the Office Suite software and have sufficient knowledge of building codes and standards in BC.

What you’ll get in Return:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary between $90,000 - $120,000/ year + full benefits and extended health and dental care, vacation, and flexible time off, company-sponsored events/ socials, employee assistance program, matching RRSP, and ongoing sponsored training and certifications.
