About You

You are a Canadian immigration lawyer with a minimum of one year of immigration experience. You have a strong understanding of immigration law and policy and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You have a meticulous attention to detail and possess superior communication skills, both verbal and written, and are a motivated and efficient self-starter. You have excellent client management skills and care about your clients, taking pride in acting in their best interests and obtaining results efficiently.

About the Job

· Meet and advise clients.

· Determine course of action and supervise support staff to complete applications and prepare submission packages for all categories of immigration matters in your area of expertise.

· Client advocacy and managing client matters from intake to conclusion.

· Legal research and problem solving.

· Strategic/innovative/creative legal thinking.

· Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures.

· Comfortable with technology.

· Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

· High attention to detail.

· Enjoys helping clients to provide excellent legal service efficiently.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Quebec call, French language and Quebec immigration experience are asset.
