My client, an 18-year-old multi-million dollar sales organization, is expanding its team by hiring and training outside sales representatives to run their own businesses.

What We Offer:

Position Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year on a 100% Commission basis, plus Bonus Opportunities

Benefits: Full Benefits, 401k, vacation time

Work Hours: Typical hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Previous sales experience

Responsibilities:

Selling advertising solutions to local business owners

Managing personal sales targets and client relationships

Maintain and manage central NJ territory
