Controller

TSG Water Resources is a leading provider of water and wastewater utility services prevalent across the US, Caribbean, and Latin America. We design, manufacture, and operate water and wastewater treatment plants for hotels, resorts, and private communities, among others.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. This role involves supervising a small team and ensuring accuracy in accounting and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team of 2 financial professionals

Ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations

Manage and oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and accounting

Oversee shipping, inventory, and basic accounting processes

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of financial experience in a controller role

Exceptional proficiency in Excel; candidates must demonstrate advanced skills

Thorough understanding of international tax rules

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (not open to independent contractors)

Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is essential

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

Strong understanding of accounting principles, shipping, and inventory management
