iWorld Professionals is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our client -- a growing construction firm in the northeastern US. This position is onsite in Binghamton NY. If you are highly organized and enjoy supporting project managers and superintendents in coordinating and managing the project tasks for new construction projects, then this position is for you!

The Construction Project Manager's Responsibilities:

Perform construction project estimating & project kick-offs with minimal guidance and management

Support the project bidding process.

Build and provide continuous updates to the project budget

Maintain Request for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for new project opportunities

Schedule, hold & attend project meetings as required to ensure the key stakeholders of projects underway by the company

Understand blueprints and construction drawings & specifications

Execute & process change orders & change events.

Process invoices from vendors, subcontractors, etc.

Understand the local construction tax laws.

Maintain quality control on projects.

Construction Project Manager Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in coordinating, leading, and managing construction projects

Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of relevant experience and education.

Experience working in a construction environment

Strong skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders, suppliers, and third-party vendors

Ability to work onsite in Binghamton NY.

Project Management software experience (ie MS Project).
