Owner is retiring. He does all of the design now.

14 extruders, running 6, lots of capacity.

Profitable business.

Tool maker does some design

$100-$125K base

Bonus program: Quarterly bonus of about 1 weeks pay every year so far. Not guaranteed, but has been dependable.

Relocation: Will pay to relocate someone.

No tool shop in house. Design sent to outside tool manufacturer.

Approximate time spent

50% tool design or redesign.

25% Participate in trials. Then tweak design.

25% other stuff (not maintenance) process improvements, etc.

Really love to have someone who is very familiar with the extrusion process as well.

Part of a cross-functional team.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
