Responsibilities
Handle data entry into the system, run weekly and monthly reports and forward to appropriate departments
Draft and send out internal and external correspondence
Coordinate meetings and events, work with external vendors to handle event logistics
Assist with new-hire onboarding process; ensure work station is ready, all accounts and logins are generated, all the necessary supplies have been ordered
Manage office supply inventory
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Prior office or administrative experience/internship
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
