Salary Range: $68,600 - $79,000 per year
Location: Dublin, CA - Onsite Role
Job Summary:
You will provide desktop support for our Windows 11 migration project. This role is a 4+ month contract.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Provide deskside support to local team members and associates
Perform image testing
Execute services as required by tickets when assigned
Troubleshoot and support various Windows 11 and Office 365-related issues
Able to work well and troubleshoot quickly in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
