As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for a wide range of positions nationwide. Your primary goal will be to match skilled and experienced Healthcare Professionals with suitable contract opportunities.

The Healthcare Recruiter role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for utilizing diverse recruitment tools and strategies to attract talented Healthcare Professionals for confirmed and potential contract opportunities across the country. Conducting interviews and thoroughly evaluating candidates to ensure their skills and experience align with client requirements will be a key aspect of the role. Additionally, you will develop and maintain relationships with qualified job seekers, guide candidates throughout the hiring process, and manage contractors while they are on assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize diverse recruitment tools and strategies to attract talented Healthcare Professionals for confirmed and potential contract opportunities across the country.

Conduct interviews and thoroughly evaluate candidates to ensure their skills and experience align with client requirements.

Develop and maintain relationships with qualified job seekers by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, checking references, providing advice, addressing queries, and following up regularly.

Gain in-depth understanding of job applicants, their skills, and their preferred work environments. Collaborate with your team to recommend ideal candidates for each job opening.

Guide candidates throughout the interviewing and hiring process, offering support and guidance as needed.

Maintain regular communication with candidates and their assigned clients to ensure smooth workflow and job satisfaction.

Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles for client presentation and maintain ongoing communication with candidates.

Negotiate compensation packages, contract terms, and conditions with contractors.

Manage contractors while they are on assignment, including maintaining communication, conducting performance evaluations, managing schedules, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Accurately and efficiently enter all relevant information into our internal database.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and be able to prioritize work based on urgency, as tasks can change frequently depending on client needs and new opportunities.

Key Criteria:

At least seven year of experience in a similar recruiting role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to utilize diverse recruitment tools and strategies.

Excellent interviewing and evaluation skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Flexibility in work schedule.

Willingness to travel occasionally for trade show events or client visits.
