Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent to fuel our company's growth and upholding the values and culture of our Firm. The ideal candidate will have a knack for finding the right people for the right seats and creating a remarkable candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of the firm.

Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Efficiently and effectively fill open positions through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Prepare and post jobs to appropriate social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, colleges and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.

Work closely with Marketing Team to develop corporate recruiting materials and posts to career websites.

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, maintaining relationships with potential hires.

Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals.

Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through to onboarding.

Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.

Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.

Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.

Manage and maintain relationships with employment agencies and other recruitment sources.

Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.

Assist in the development and refinement of job descriptions for all positions.

Education Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

3 to 5 years proven experience in recruiting, particularly within the accounting or financial services industry.

Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.

General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.

Skilled in negotiation between top talent and hiring managers.
