Job Title: Capital Markets Analyst

Duration: 11 Months (Hybrid)

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Pay Range: ($56- $60)W2

Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure transactions processes are executed correctly and are compliant with internal policies and controls.

Resolve inquiries, assist in the investigation, documentation and corrective action implementation of all required issues as directed.

Assist as required for control, risk, daily activities, and transaction services activities.

Cross-train for various internal roles within the department, and provide back-up coverage for those roles as needed, including record management activities.

Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Prepare MIS and analysis as requested.

Support NAM Agency & Trust Operational activities end-to-end, including the process of coordinating with other internal teams.

Qualifications:

0-2 years of relevant experience

Preferrable cash, trade operations and or record management experience & knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry

Attention to detail.

Ability to produce high quality work under rigid time constraints.

Excellent client relationship skills, as will be having daily interaction.
