The firm is headquartered in Dallas and has regional offices in Los Angeles and San Antonio. The Managing Director of Investor Relations will play a crucial role in formulating and executing Entrada’s capital markets strategy. This person will establish and lead the inaugural Capital Markets/Investor Relations department. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate finance and capital markets, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial partners.

This role will be located either in Los Angeles, California or in Dallas, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to enable the firm's increased acquisition goals and facilitate the execution of investment opportunities.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions to source debt and equity capital for real estate investments.

Investor Reporting: Oversee the investor reporting process and respond to investor inquiries regarding the performance of the Company’s investments.

Marketing: Create a strategy for internet-based marketing as well as frequent touch points for new and existing investors.

Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory developments affecting capital markets and real estate investment opportunities, and provide strategic insights to the senior leadership team.

Due Diligence: Manage investor due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of capital markets strategies with overall business objectives.

Reporting and Communication: Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal decision-making purposes and external communication with investors and partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, real estate finance, or a similar role within the commercial real estate industry, with a demonstrated track record of success.

Proven ability to source and execute capital market transactions, including debt financing, equity raises, and joint ventures, for commercial real estate projects.

Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and financial partners.

Strategic mindset, analytical rigor, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to drive results in an entrepreneurial environment.
