Associate Attorney

Four hundred attorney national litigation firm with lowered minimum billable hour requirements needs a junior associate to work with its team in Fresno. You must be licensed to practice in California - no exceptions. Our team in Fresno practices in a variety of areas including trucking and transportation, personal injury, general liability, mass and toxic torts, commercial litigation, construction, employment, professional liability and agribusiness. Ability to prepare pleadings and discovery, take and defend depositions, prepare for trial and/or trial experience are valued but not necessary.
