Job Description:

• On-site (Hybrid)

• Learning opportunities in business strategy and market intelligence in high-growth industry

• Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support to customers (pre and post-sale); • Build relationships and provide product recommendations to customers • Analyze and provide solutions to pre/post-sale;

• Collaborate with customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues support the marketing team for aspects of market insights and reviews;

• Professional skill to use MS office and experience in making sales briefing documentation and presenting;

• Some travel required (10-20%);

• Perform other duties as related to the job function as required.

Responsibilities:

• Market research:

- Define and develop global market analysis/identification market strategy of Electric Vehicle, Energy Storage, and Power Application;

- Report Automobile global strategic and future business planning and supported major customers;

- Electric Vehicle/Energy Storage/Power Application market research, news, and earning report analysis of our customers and partners;

• Business Development:

- Research into new business areas with new customers and applications;

• Business Management:

- Sales Management, HQ support ;

- Profit & Loss analysis and reporting on Electric Vehicle, Energy Storage, Power Application;

- Other duties assigned not only related to accounting & finance, but also in general affair;

• Marketing Communication:

- Supporting marketing events, follow up biz opportunities, local support;

- Other responsibilities may be designated by Management. Skills and Competencies:

• Strong marketing (market sensing, insight) and consulting experience

• Distinctive problem solving and strong analytical and organizational skills

• Team player and have ability to work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills

• Strong commitment to excellence, personal and professional growth

• Team-worker; ability to work in international and multi-cultural teams

• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the company Education/Experience

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Korean and English

• Bachelors/consulting experience preferred

• Mater’s Degree, PhD, MBA, CFA are plus

• Required education: Bachelor’s Degree of Economics, Finance, Business, Data Engineering, Marketing, or any related fields.

• Relatable experience to market research or market data

• 2 - 8 years of experience (Master’s Degree or higher is counted as experience)

• Automobile or battery industry experience is a plus

• Passion for business and market research

• High level of work ethic

• Attention to detail
