Continental Office is seeking a Manager, Installation Services to join our Commercial Flooring team in Columbus, OH!
What you will love to do: Work closely with Project Managers, Sales Executives and Flooring Installers/sub-contractors to ensure the quality and scope of projects meets or exceeds client expectations.
We are looking for someone who has experience managing a team with existing knowledge of flooring installation, and the proven ability to provide feedback, perform quality control and ensure best practices are being followed on flooring install projects.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Project Managers on scope and schedule of projects
Assist Sales team with labor pricing
Perform pre-install site visits to verify conditions
Manage all installs with both Continental Office associates and subcontractors
Control labor costs and review/approve labor invoices
Make sound decisions under pressure
Quality control
Qualifications:
Prior management experience is required, experience within the flooring industry preferred
3+ years flooring installation knowledge is required
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
Capable of understanding construction blueprints and documents
Understanding and enforcing all safety policies and regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Office
