Role: Java Fullstack Lead Developer [Angular 14+ and Kafka experience]

Location: Pittsburgh, PA/ Dallas, TX - Hybrid 3 days a week

Summary:

We are looking for a Java Fullstack Lead Developer to join our project team. Candidate will be responsible in leading, developing and designing new apps and work with team to modernize the tech stack. Experience of designing and standing up brand new microservices based architecture, Java, Angular 14+, open shift container platform and Kafka experience.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop single page application using Angular 14+, TypeScript, Bootstrap. On backend, created RESTFUL services using Java Core API.

Built Spring based Java Microservices to support web application using Spring Boot annotations.

Role will include responsibility for building new User Interface for Finance control tool application to replace the current UI.

This role is critical to implementing development processes, upgrading associated toolset to latest technologies and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Required skills & Experience:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills

10+ years’ experience translating functional product requirements into application-layer code, and visual designs into functional user interfaces within traditional web applications

Java, J2EE, Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Aspects, etc.), JPA, JSF, JUnit, Web Services (SOAP & REST), JSON/XML, JBoss, Log4j, Eclipse STS, SQL, Oracle DB Server

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS (14+), jQuery

Experience working with API development (REST & SOAP), Microservices.
