Must Haves:
2+ years of professional IT support- helpdesk/service desk/ desktop support experience
In lieu of professional experience, a bachelor's degree and/or professional certification
Experience utilizing ticketing systems, ServiceNow preferred
Documentation oriented
Go-getter and good customer service personality
Plusses:
A+ or similar certification highly preferred
SCCM
Microsoft Intune
Day to Day:
A client of Insight Global’s is looking for a desktop technician to join their team in the Kansas City, MO area/ In this role you will serve as first point of contact for any IT-related issues, troubleshoot devices (PC, laptops, printers, etc.) and document tasks. This role is a 6 month contract to hire with the possibility of extensions and will be on site in Kansas City, MO.
