Email Marketing Specialist

Brown Bag Direct is a Beverly Hills boutique, performance-focus marketing agency. We are a team of high performers who love Direct Response Advertising. Our customers are Direct to Consumer companies with great products and significant budgets.

This is a Partial in Office (Beverly Hills) Position. No out of state applications.

About This Role

The focus of this role is to build, manage, and scale our Email database of over 50 million sends a month. The position will also our assist our Digital Marketing team with Facebook, Tiktok, and Google ad campaigns.

The position is based in our Beverly Hills office.

The wins for this role look like this:

• Designing and setting up marketing emails.

• Organizing and creating spreadsheet performance reports for email and digital ads.

• Designing and creating digital ads.

• Knowledge of video editing and video content creation.

• Knowledge of Facebook advertising.

• Knowledge of the proper software to create short promotional videos.

• Experience with graphic design and fully capable to creating digital ads.

Ad Management

Complete understanding of all available numbers using Email marketing reporting.

Mastery of interpreting numbers as it relates to real-world traffic in a campaign.

Ability to spot problem areas in a campaign and find solutions to get the campaign back on track

HIGH reliability and attention to your campaigns under management.

Experience with Google ads and or Tiktok ads is a big advantage

Experience with HubSpot or similar sales CRMs is an advantage

Requirements:

• 4+ years of email marketing

• 4+ years of social media marketing

• 4+ years graphic design

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar program

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar program

• Experience with Adobe Premier or similar program

• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Mac Numbers

Organized Team Player

Able to prioritize and quickly execute tasks independently without dropping any balls.

Clear written communicator.

Agency experience is a big plus

Little Details

This is a full-time position.

Salary range: $60K-$80K (depending on experience)

Paid Vacation/Sick Leave.
